The Small Business Development Centre Belize (SBDCBelize), a unit of BELTRAIDE in partnership with Unicomer has successfully completed its business development training.
The six day curriculum provided participants with the basic business skills needed in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Start Up Essentials, Budgeting, Marketing and Financial Management. These tools will assist participants to make sound decisions in relation to budget and investment for their business.
After the training, the facilitators will be monitoring and evaluating on the implementation of methodology, tools, and techniques. This will be done using surveys, secret shops and spot checks.
To celebrate the accomplishment of all thirteen participants, a certificate ceremony was held on May 15th, 2019 at Courts Belize Ltd.
SBDCBelize, and in extension, BELTRAIDE, remains committed in nurturing the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Belize by providing advisory services and business capacity building.
