The Belize Training and Employment Centre (BTEC) , a unit of BELTRAIDE, today completes its Job Preparedness Training for the Business Processing Outsourcing Industry.
To conclude this training, BTEC held a certificate ceremony where 23 participants graduated with the knowledge and skills necessary for becoming a customer service representative at a call centre. This rigorous 3 weeks training was a unique blend of soft skills, customer service and technical aspects.
BTEC continues to be Belize’s lead centre for industry specific workforce development by providing effective, demand- driven, user-friendly and value-based programmes that will develop and sustain a quality workforce.
