The Caribbean Leader Project is looking for a “Environmental Specialist” assigned to the the Caribbean Leadership Project (CLP). CLP is a seven-year project funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) to support the leadership and economic development training needs of regional and national public sector in twelve (12) CARICOM countries.
The purpose of CLP is to strengthen the capacity of future leaders in the Caribbean to contribute more effectively to regional integration and economic growth and support gender-sensitive public sector reform. In this context, CLP is composed of the following five components:
1. Leadership Development Program (LDP)
2. Enabling Evironment
3.Research
4. Continuous Learning and Development Network
5. Communities of Practice
